The Washington Office is the main office of the Dr. G. Sauer Corporation. It was established in 1984 to serve the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority's Wheaton Station Project. Since then it handled several projects all over the world, mainly in the United States and South American markets.

- take Rt 267-Dulles Access/Toll Road east towards Washington.
- after approximately 3 miles take Exit 11 (Rt 7100-Fairfax County Parkway).
- at the light make a left turn to head north on Rt 7100-Fairfax County Parkway.
- at the 2nd light turn left - the Spring Street (Herndon) exit.
- at the light turn right onto Spring Street, then merge immediately into left lane.
- at the light turn left onto Rt 606-Herndon Parkway

proceed 1 mile and make a right turn into parking lot - white 3 story building with green glass
- from I-495 Beltway - North
- take I-495 to Exit 45a - Rt 267-Dulles Access/Toll Road
- stay to the right and proceed to Tollplaza - $0.50
- continue along Rt 267-Dulles Access/Toll Road to Exit 11 (7100-Fairfax County Parkway) - $0.50
- turn right to head north on Rt 7100-Fairfax County Parkway
- at the 1st light turn left - the Spring Street (Herndon) exit.
- at the light turn right onto Spring Street, then merge immediately into left lane.
- at the light turn left onto Rt 606-Herndon Parkway
- proceed 1 mile and make a right turn into parking lot - white 3 story building with green glass
