| Technical data: | The 4500 m (14,760 ft) long Lonquimai Tunnel is a one lane, concrete lined road tunnel. The rehabilitation design foresees to line 3500 m (11,500 ft) of the tunnel with a flexible waterproofing membrane protected by a 5 cm (2 inch) thick shotcrete shell and the installation of a new drainage system. |
